Photo The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help finding a missing homeless man. Ricardo Espinoza-Dominguez, 37, was reported as missing to the Vancouver Police Department in February. Close friends and family report last communicating with Espinoza-Dominguez in October and November. Espinoza-Dominguez does not have family in the Vancouver-Portland area. He is described as a very private person, and little information is known about his personal life, last known clothing description or address, according to the police department. He is described as standing 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing 190 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes, the police department said. Police said it is likely Espinoza-Dominguez was living in his vehicle, a red 2018 Nissan Altima with a Washington license plate of BSC9299. Anyone who has had contact with Espinoza-Dominguez since December or can provide information helpful to locating him is asked to contact Detective David Jensen at david.jensen@cityofvancouver.us or Sgt.
