The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating two Vancouver women . Ngan Luu, 88, and her daughter, 55-year-old Sen Lam, left their residence in east Vancouver about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday and have not been seen or heard from since. Sen may be suffering from a mental health crisis. A Silver Alert has been issued. The two were in a 2015 gray Honda Civic with Washington plates BUU7729. Ngan suffers from dementia and other medical conditions which require medication. She is described as an Asian woman with blue eyes and gray hair. She is 5 feet tall and 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a black jacket with a gray stripe. Sen is described as an Asian woman with black hair and eyes, last seen wearing a black jacket. She is 5 feet, 3 inches tall and about 140 pounds. Anyone with information regarding their whereabouts is asked to call 911.
