A 14-year-old Vancouver girl who had been missing since late February was found safe, the Vancouver Police Department announced Monday. Rachael Rutherford had last been seen Feb. 28 in east Vancouver, according to the police department. Last week, Vancouver police and Crime Stoppers of Oregon again sought information on her whereabouts. No further information was released Monday.
