Motorcyclist killed in crash on Fourth Plain in Vancouver Free Updated 1 hour ago

A motorcyclist was killed in a crash in east Vancouver on Friday afternoon. Vancouver police spokeswoman Kim Kapp confirmed the crash was fatal in an email to The Columbian. According to police, westbound Fourth Plain Boulevard will be closed at 94th and eastbound at Van Mall until about 6 p.m. for the investigation. The crash was reported at 2:04 p.m. Friday and involves a motorcycle and a van. No other details about the crash have been confirmed. C-Tran is detouring Routes 72, 74, 7 and 80 due to the crash.
