An armed man robbed a Vancouver Panda Express on Monday night, making off with an undisclosed amount of money, according to the Vancouver Police Department. Police were called shortly after 8 p.m. for a reported robbery at the restaurant, 2510 Columbia House Blvd., emergency dispatch records show.
