Update: Delilah Burns was located safe in downtown Vancouver. The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing 12-year-old girl. Delilah Burns was last seen Christmas Day near East Fourth Plain and Grand boulevards. She is about 5 feet, 5 inches tall and about 110 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. If you have seen her, police ask you to call 911.
