There were no surprises Thursday with the latest ballot counts released from Clark County Elections. Results have not changed since the first round of ballots on election night. Vancouver’s Proposition 3, the city’s affordable housing levy, has passed with 53.59 of the vote, 18,012 to 15,597. Vancouver Public Schools’ operations replacement levy, Proposition 6, passed with 57.11 percent of the vote, 19,925 to 14,492. The Washougal School District’s Proposition 10 operations replacement levy failed with only 46.52 percent of the vote, 2,481 to 2,852, while its Proposition 11 infrastructure and technology levy failed with only 46.88 percent of the vote, 2,425 to 2,748. Woodland Public Schools’ replacement school support levy failed with only 43.02 percent of the vote, 1,239 to 1,641. Voter turnout has reached 32.1 percent for the Feb. 14 special election, according to Clark County Elections. There remain 200 ballots left to count, with the next ballot count set for Feb. 23, the day before results are set to be certified.
