Vancouver police are asking for the public’s help finding a 12-year-old girl who they say walked away from home Friday afternoon. Kaylee “Kade” Joyce McPhillips is described as having pink/blonde hair and hazel eyes. Police say she’s five feet, two inches tall and weighs about 110 pounds. She was last seen on campus as Evergreen High School around 2:30 p.m. wearing a black coat, white long sleeve shirt, pink sweatpants and black shoes.
