Vancouver police investigate shooting

Vancouver police say several males were in a confrontation at Safeway, 6701 E. Mill Plain Blvd., at 11:35 Saturday evening. Two of the males were fired upon as they exited the store, police said. The victims were able to reach their vehicle and drive to a hospital. The suspects followed and fired more shots at the vehicle on the way to the hospital, according to police. One of the victims, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Three other male victims, aged 35, 36 and 42, also suffered gunshot wounds. The Vancouver Police Department Major Crime Unit is investigating.
