Bicyclist identified in fatal Brush Prairie crash

The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office identified the bicyclist killed in a crash Sunday in Brush Prairie as 29-year-old Ryan Goldman. Goldman, of Brush Prairie, died of multiple blunt force injuries. His death was ruled an accident, according to the medical examiner’s office. The Clark County Sheriff’s Office, Clark County Fire District 3 and AMR responded at about 3 a.m. to the 13600 block of Northeast 182nd Avenue on reports that a vehicle had struck a pedestrian, according a sheriff’s office news release. First responders found Goldman in the roadway; he was pronounced dead at the scene, the sheriff’s office said. Investigators said they believed Goldman was riding a bicycle in the road when he was struck. The driver involved in the crash was uninjured and remained at the scene. Authorities did not identify the driver. The sheriff’s office traffic unit investigated the crash.
