Vancouver police are seeking the public’s help locating a missing 69-year-old man last seen Tuesday evening. The son of Michael J. Spencer last saw him around 8 p.m., and he believes Spencer might be experiencing a dementia episode, according to the police department. He requires extensive assistance with tasks around his house. Police describe Spencer as 5 feet, 10 inches tall, with gray/brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark flannel shirt with a blue undershirt and gray jeans. Spencer does not have a vehicle, and police believe he is walking around. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 or Vancouver police’s nonemergency line at 311.
