Person found dead at abandoned Ridgefield property Updated 2 days ago

A dead body was found Saturday afternoon at an abandoned property near the 8000 block of South Fifth Street in Ridgefield, according to police. The Ridgefield Police Department and Clark-Cowlitz Fire Rescue responded and were assisted by the Clark County’s Sheriff’s Office and the Vancouver Police Department in the investigation. The person’s identity and death are under investigation.
