UPDATE: Vancouver police reported Sunday evening that Deliah Charlson was located in Portland and that the investigation is ongoing. Vancouver police officers are seeking the public’s help in locating Deliah Charlson, 17, who was last seen Sunday morning. Deliah was last seen leaving her home, walking to her job at Kitchen Table, 709 N.E. 136th Ave. Police said she sent her family a text saying she arrived at work but employees said she didn’t show up. The teen is described as a white female, 5-foot-3-inches tall, 125 pounds, with long, curly brown hair, brown eyes and a nose piercing. Deliah was last seen in a black polo shirt, brown jacket with cream-colored collar, black jeans, black shoes and a backpack with neon green trim. Police ask anyone who saw Deliah walking on N.E. 136th Avenue or in the area Sunday morning to call 911 or contact Detective Dewey at james.dewey@cityofvancouver.us or Sergeant Julie Ballou at Julie.ballou@cityofvancouver.us.
