Parts of Interstate 5 in Vancouver and Hazel Dell will experience single-lane closures through Friday. The right lane on southbound I-5 near 78th Street will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and Wednesday. The left lane of southbound I-5 near Main Street will be closed from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday and Friday. The work is weather dependent and may be rescheduled at any time due to inclement weather. The closures will allow the Washington State Department of Transportation to install catch basins along the highway, preventing water from pooling on the highway.
