A 22-year-old Vancouver man was ejected from a motorcycle and killed in a crash on Interstate 205 late Saturday in the Salmon Creek area. Mark S. Svirhevskiy died a little after 10 p.m. Saturday on I-205 southbound near 134th Street, according to a statement from the Washington State Patrol. According to WSP, Svirhevskiy was traveling at a high rate of speed on a 2015 Yamaha FX09 motorcycle when he hit the back of a 2022 Honda SUV. Svirhevskiy, who was wearing a helmet, was ejected and landed on the left shoulder of the freeway. He died at the scene. The Honda was driven by Cansas S. Agee of Happy Valley, Ore., who had four passengers — Zachary J. Agee and three children whose names were not released. Everyone in the Honda was wearing a seatbelt. No one in the Honda was injured. WSP did not know if drugs or alcohol were involved in the crash.
