Letter: Outlaw fireworks in Clark County

The Fourth is over and now is the time to outlaw all fireworks: sale, possession or manufacture in Clark County. Give people a year to adapt to the change. Fireworks serve no useful purpose in Clark County or anyplace else. Insanity: Repeating over and over the same behavior expecting a different result.
