The Vancouver Police Department is seeking the public’s help locating a 13-year-old girl who went missing on Wednesday. Odessa J Riley is considered missing and endangered, according to a police bulletin. She’s a Black female, 5-feet-9, 170 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen in the area of Truman Elementary School wearing a silver necklace. Police asked anyone with information on her location to call 911.
