Distributions from the countywide public safety sales tax, which went into effect Jan. 1, have begun reaching Clark County and its cities. For the first six months of 2023, just more than $3.56 million has been distributed, with the largest portions going to the county, $2.14 million, and Vancouver, $993,000.
