What’s open and what’s closed for Labor Day? POST OFFICES: Closed. GARBAGE: Waste Connections, serving Vancouver and most of Clark County, is operating on its regular schedule. In Camas, there will be no garbage collections. Collection will take place Tuesday instead. PUBLIC LIBRARIES: Closed. PUBLIC SCHOOLS: Closed. COLLEGES: No classes at Clark College or Washington State University Vancouver. CLARK PUBLIC UTILITIES: Offices closed. For 24-hour customer service, call 360-992-3000. For outages or emergencies, call 360-992-8000. GOVERNMENT OFFICES: Offices closed. PARKING METERS: On-street parking in Vancouver free. BUSES: All C-TRAN routes operate on Sunday/holiday schedules. C-TRAN administration offices are closed. Customer Service Office windows are closed. Call Center hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. DRIVER’S LICENSING: Closed. VEHICLE LICENSING: Closed. BANKS: Most closed; check your bank for details. Some in-store branches may be open. MARSHALL COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed. FIRSTENBURG COMMUNITY CENTER: Closed.
