Clark College is looking for a man who followed a student off a bus, made “uncomfortable” comments toward the student and later may have touched a female staff member on her backside, according to the Vancouver Police Department. The suspect was described as Black man around 35 years old, Vancouver police spokeswoman Kim Kapp said. College security officers will be conducting patrols at Clark’s main campus on Fort Vancouver Way, according to a banner on the college’s website. Vancouver police patrol officers are following up and will communicate with campus security in the event the person returns, Kapp said.
