The sole candidate for Vancouver police chief, Troy Price, pledged Wednesday to continue the work started by his predecessor. Price has been serving as the interim chief since Jeff Mori retired Oct. 11. Price took questions at a Wednesday forum where Vancouver residents had a chance to provide input before the city manager finalizes his hiring.
