Woman seriously injured in central Vancouver hit-and-run Updated 2 days ago

The Vancouver Police Department is investigating a Wednesday evening hit-and-run that left a woman seriously injured in central Vancouver. According to a statement, police responded to a crash about 5:15 p.m. in the 6700 Block of East Fourth Plain Boulevard. A woman had been struck by a car and had life-threatening injuries. The victim, who has not been identified, was transported to a local hospital. The vehicle fled the scene. Anyone with information regarding this collision is asked to call 911.
