ZoomInfo CEO Henry Schuck has moved to Boston, where the Vancouver software company has a growing presence. Portland Business Journal broke the news Thursday, while Schuck’s LinkedIn profile lists his location as Boston. The journal reported Schuck was moving for family reasons. A spokesperson for the company said the move would not impact the company’s headquarters in Vancouver. ZoomInfo has maintained an office in Boston since Schuck’s DiscoverOrg acquired ZoomInfo in 2019.
A Massachusetts developer announced in November that ZoomInfo signed a new lease for about 100,000 square feet just outside the city. Currently, ZoomInfo is subleasing about 178,000 square feet of its new 366,000-square-foot Port of Vancouver Terminal 1 headquarters building, according to real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage. ZoomInfo plans to move into the new Vancouver waterfront building, which is expected to open this year, in phases, according to a securities filing. ZoomInfo’s lease at 805 Broadway in downtown Vancouver ends in August. Schuck’s southeast Vancouver home is currently on the market.
