The Vancouver Police Department is asking for the public’s help to find a missing and endangered 14-year-old girl. Elizabeth Munoz Santana was last seen about 5 p.m. Tuesday near Washington Elementary in the Rose Village neighborhood of central Vancouver. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and about 140 pounds, with dyed red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and black sweatpants with brown Ugg boots. Anyone who sees Elizabeth should contact police.
