Suspect arrested after shooting at Jaggy Road Park in central Vancouver leaves man, 21, dead A 21-year-old man was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon at Jaggy Road Park in central Vancouver. Police said they arrested the suspected shooter nearby. Machou M. Machou, 23, was booked into the Clark County Jail on suspicion of second-degree murder. He will make a first appearance in court Thursday afternoon.
