A bystander pulled a driver out of a burning vehicle on Interstate 205 early Sunday morning, according to the Vancouver Fire Department. About 3 a.m., fire crews were called to a single-vehicle crash on the freeway near Padden Parkway, according to a statement. A 911 caller reported the driver of the vehicle was pinned inside and the vehicle was on fire. The caller cut the driver’s seat belt and pulled them from the car.
