Photo The former JCPenney building in east Vancouver has drawn a lot of curiosity on social media lately. Some are saying its set to become a pickleball facility, but the building’s destiny isn’t clear. The clothing retailer opened the store at 19005 S.E. Mill Plain Blvd. in 2008. It vacated that Columbia Tech Center building in October 2020.
