Irrelevant Beer’s new taproom recently opened in Vancouver’s Uptown Village, providing a permanent home for Goon Burger. This quickly popular burger-and-fry operation started as a smashburger project by two employees of downtown taqueria Little Conejo. Jake Shaffer and Brian Pouppirt’s smashburgers began popping up around town and steadily gained an avid following.
