Trump/Musk/Vance need to keep hands off all these agencies and legislation: Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans Affairs, Education, Environmental Protection Agency, Endangered Species Act, Inflation Reduction Act, National Park Service, any previous legislation dealing with clean air, clean water, pesticide use reduction, global warming, any bills taking wolves and grizzly bears off the endangered list, anywhere. I have not experienced any great bureaucracy or inefficiency from USPS, IRS or SSA. Of course there is always room for improvement by local managers, done on a selective basis, but not with a chain saw. These systems serve the American people well. So far, MAGA and the Department of Government Efficiency are a total farce. Republican members of Congress are showing great cowardice in not opposing at least some measures of DOGE.
